MEET THE CHEF
I was born in Southwest Brazil and split my childhood between attending school in the city and spending holidays and vacations helping out on my Grandmother’s farm. I moved to Boston when I was 17. My culinary career has spanned both Boston and New York, with past experiences including nine years working for The Cheesecake Factory, Max Brenner, Breads Bakery, Yard House, Stephanie’s on Newbury, Ma Maison and currently working at the Smoke Shop BBQ.
